The introduction of the new system will make it possible to unambiguously determine responsibility for violations in the field of freight traffic and reduce corruption risks
In January of this year, senders, recipients and carriers of goods will be involved in testing the project for the introduction of electronic consignment notes. This was announced by the Deputy Head of the Ministry of Development of Communities, Territories and Infrastructure Mustafa Nayem.
“We have developed a digital tool that allows you to completely replace the paper form of the document,” the official stressed.
According to the Deputy Minister, the e-TTN will make it possible to unequivocally determine responsibility for violations in the field of freight traffic and reduce corruption risks.
Nyeem stressed that the authorities are preparing to implement the e-TTN system as early as July 2023.
In addition, at the end of 2022, the first three providers of electronic document management were able to test the system, and a total of 19 companies have already been involved in testing.
